TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions under which you work with Antshake will be agreed by contract at an appropriate time.

Before you submit your project to us, note that we promise:

Antshake will not share details of your company or your project with any third parties, except for potential investors and partners with your express permission obtained from you in advance.

Antshake will not steal your project! If it appears from your initial enquiry that we have a similar project on our slate, we will inform you before receiving any detailed information.

In the event that Antshake raises finance for a project, we will usually seek a finder's fee from the Production Company, payable on drawdown of funds.

Ansthake will require an Executive Producer position and credit(s) on the project, with adequate involvement to protect the investment.
